BE THE ONE FINDING GOOD HEALTH?
Finding good health is never something that is too late. Is it challenging? It certainly can be with so many products and company’s offering the best. For you to find good health that does not break the bank every month or a company that insists on an auto ship to save you money can also be a challenge.
Well, I am happy to say you can find that good health with just a few ( even as low as just one or two) products that DO NOT COST you a fistful of dollars. Am I bragging? Yeah, you caught me. It is hard not too when every time I ever tried finding good health products they cost so much I couldn’t continue. I think about people on a fixed income called retirement who need more.
- More energy
- More income (possibly)
- less weight
- added protein to their diet
Just way more than I can share or express with my own words. Finding good health is no longer something you ‘tried’, no longer something too complicated or too expensive.
FACING CHALLENGES FINDING GOOD HEALTH
Are you facing challenges with your health that seem impossible to overcome? Do you have aches and pains and have just accepted them as part of the aging process? Has your “get-up-and-go” got up and went? Have you tried one diet after another or one diet product after another, but still can’t get your weight under control? Have you ever looked in the mirror and wondered how you could get a “facelift” without expensive, dangerous surgery?
Well, don’t give up.
I have something very unique that I am sharing today. In our health, we need some really important things. We need air and water to live. Water is probably the main concern of many. Water that contains minerals. We just don’t get enough from the foods we consume today.
Now, don’t get me wrong. I am probably the furthest thing from being a health guru or that person who watches everything they eat. Kind of wish I had been just a little more dedicated but, what can I say…better late than never? Actually, there are a lot of health issues that have nothing at all to do with how or what we eat and then on the other end of the scope, there are so many that DO cause problems.
Here’s the thing. I am only sharing a couple of things here that I tried and got pretty excited about. Love Love Love my bee pollen. It is a yummy mix sprinkled on top of your cereal or yogurt and so full of protein! Did you know as you get older protein is very important? I have always been a ‘nibbler’ and heavy meals are just not my favorite. More so actually as I get older.
You may not even have any major health issues that are a concern but you might just want to up the ante a bit and get more energy. Ever felt so sluggish you didn’t want to do anything but curl up and be lazy? How about that attitude or lack of? A little depressed or maybe more than a little and you would like to kick it to the curb but it doesn’t want to go? Gotcha!
A LITTLE STORY
Let me take a minute and share a little story with you. Not that long ago I was diagnosed with not one but two health issues that are debilitating, painful and very difficult to deal with. That alone can lead to depression but when you combine the two it is like someone just let the air out of your tires. My get up and go, got up and went! I so didn’t want to stay there. At first, I was so deflated with the news that I sort of did just give up and gave in.
And then I came across something a friend was doing and my curiosity was up and I had a look. Now, I look forward to tomorrow and the next day and the day after that. You might be in the same place. You might have some issues dragging you down and deep inside you feel so sad but you don’t know how to change it. Here is where I hope your curiosity ( did you click on it?) gets the best of you. Hopefully, you did, and it does and one day we will connect again and share a new story much like the one I have started here.
