When you’re choosing niches for drop shipping websites, there are a few factors to consider. Unlike Affiliate Marketing, you do not have to have a love or a passion for your chosen product/niche. It works just a little differently. You want to be sure that the niche you choose:
- makes it possible for you to profit by a large margin
- can be easily delivered worldwide with no restrictions
- unique products not found in every box store are the best
- easy to find your target market using social media outlets
You can choose something you love, please don’t misunderstand me. You will want it to be totally unique and hard to find. The thing is when you love to say collect Marvel Comics that could definitely be a good niche.
OR think about the Minions, Pokemon or Star Wars! Both are hugely popular right now and score high for a good target. Good examples of being passionate about something.

Here is where I have given serious consideration to be my ideal drop shipping websites. Everyone loves their 4 legged fur babies! Yes! Pet stores are huge anytime, all the time. If you can find some unique items for your store and come up with an equally unique name this could be your winner.
What makes you smile the most on social media? Yes. Dogs and Cats and all their antics in cute little Tu-tus! Add a charity donation to the SPCA and you will build your trust that much more.
Another that stands out above many is Kid’s & Babies and all things related to Moms and Babies. Toys, clothing, accessories and even Nursery items.
There are so many options to choose from and Aliexpress has you covered.
From Sports related to Women’s Fashion Accessories to Phone Accessories and Gadgets. Break each category down and you have pinpointed a niche product. One Example is Sports. Golf or Football and Baseball. Women’s Fashion accessories could include Yoga clothing and floor mats. I think you have the idea now.

There are some guides available online for beginners but not a whole lot. It is almost still a bit of trial and error and asking others you meet for ideas or help to point you in the right direction. Problem is the right direction for you may be different than theirs. Sometimes the best way is to just dive in and get started.

I have read a few reviews that were not all warm and fuzzy. In part due to the person(s) not doing their homework first. You want certified suppliers who have been screened and prove honest and trustworthy.
Will we find the customers, is a daunting question, isn’t it? It was for me. E-commerce is like the talk of the town as we head into 2018. A business with a thousand options and room for more people like you and I. Answer is Yes! Yes, you will if you find the right target audience for your products.
EX: Your store is Baby Products. Your ideal customer is? First-time parents, grandparents, any expectant parent and aunts and uncles and friends holding the baby shower. Do you see where I am going now?

You need to ask what you will need to do to launch and get your business up and running. How much capital will you need? Can you comfortably manage any related costs while you are waiting to make that first, second and 10th sale? Where can I set up my store and how do I get my products to my store?
Please do not panic at the thought of all you need to do! This is a guide that any serious business should consider as they begin their new venture. It actually is not as time-consuming as you think if you follow the suggestions and get the best help available. You will spend more time floundering about struggling on your own.
